I’m Ashley, co-founder of The Regenerative Clinic North East, an HCPC-registered Paramedic and aesthetics practitioner with 12 years of experience in the ambulance service. My clinical background has shaped my approach to patient care, with a strong focus on safety, compassion and making every client feel listened to, respected and comfortable.

My passion for skin treatments is deeply personal. Having experienced rosacea and skin concerns myself over the years, I understand first-hand how much our skin can affect our confidence and how frustrating it can be to find the right approach. This has inspired me to help others feel more confident in their own skin, whether they’re concerned about acne scarring, uneven skin texture, pigmentation or the visible signs of ageing.

I’m particularly passionate about treatments that support the skin’s natural healing and regenerative processes. I believe in taking the time to understand each client’s concerns, providing honest advice and ensuring they have realistic expectations about what treatments can achieve.

Alongside my husband, Russell, I created The Regenerative Clinic North East to combine our paramedic experience with our passion for aesthetics and regenerative medicine. Our aim is to provide a welcoming, professional environment where clients feel comfortable, receive personalised care and can make informed decisions about their treatment options.

Outside the clinic, I’m a mum to two wonderful children, enjoy Pilates and love a good coffee!

My goal is simple: to help every client feel confident, supported and comfortable, with their wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

At The Regenerative Clinic North East, my aim is simple: to help people feel listened to, respected and comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. I believe every client deserves a personalised approach, honest advice and a clear understanding of their treatment options, with realistic expectations and their best interests always at the heart of every decision.

I’m Russell, co-founder of The Regenerative Clinic North East, a HCPC-registered Paramedic and aesthetics practitioner. My career in the ambulance service has given me years of experience caring for people in some of the most challenging circumstances imaginable. It has shaped the way I approach healthcare, developing the clinical skills, communication and compassion that remain central to everything I do.

My interest in regenerative medicine became personal around two years ago, when I underwent PRP treatment following knee surgery. Experiencing the treatment as a patient and seeing the benefits during my own recovery sparked a genuine passion for understanding regenerative therapies and how they may help others. That experience continues to influence my approach, because I understand the importance of feeling confident in the care you receive.

Away from the clinic, I’m a husband and dad to two young children. Family life has reinforced just how important our health, confidence and quality of life are, and how much being able to enjoy the things we love really matters.

The Regenerative Clinic North East brings together my paramedic background, experience in aesthetics and passion for regenerative medicine. From PRP treatments for hair and skin to joints and tendons, I’m passionate about providing evidence-informed treatments, continuing to develop my knowledge and helping clients make informed decisions about their care.

My philosophy is simple: listen first, put people before treatments, and always be honest about what we can achieve.
